See how all your new hires are doing in their first 100 days, in one place.

Retain focuses on the first 100 days because that's when most turnover happens. This page gathers every new hire's survey summary card and groups the cards by how long each person has been on the job.

In the top menu, open employees and select new hires.

New hires are grouped into four bands by their days on the job: 0–14, 15–29, 30–59, and 60–100 days. Each card shows the employee's photo, location, department, and a timeline of their new-hire surveys at 15, 30, 60, and 90 days.

Use Filter Options at the top to narrow the list:

• Location and Department — show one group at a time.
• Employee Name — find one person.
• Sort By — change the order of the cards.
• At Risk — show only new hires whose survey answers suggest they might leave.

Select Check in with Employee on a card to reach out to that person. To save the list, select download this data.
