Create a Tremendous Rewards Account
Set up and connect a Tremendous account so employees can redeem points for rewards.
To let employees redeem points, your organization first sets up a Tremendous account and links it to Retain. Tremendous handles the rewards themselves — gift cards and other options — and funds the redemptions. This is a one-time setup.
Log in to Retain with an admin account, then go to settings > redemption.
Click Link your organization's Tremendous account.
Choose one:
- Click Log in to sign in to an existing Tremendous account. Enter your credentials and then skip to Creating a Tremedous campaign.
- Click Sign up to create a new account. The steps for creating a new account continue below.
Sign Up
Click Sign up, enter your information, and click Continue.
Enter any other required information and click Continue.
Check your email for a message from Tremendous with the subject Please verify your account, and finish verifying. Adjust any team settings as needed.
