Setting up and Linking a Tremendous Rewards Account

Set up and connect your Tremendous account to Retain to enable reward redemption for your employees.

To allow employees to redeem points for rewards, your organization must first set up and connect a Tremendous account to Retain. Tremendous powers the reward fulfillment process, including gift cards and other reward options. Linking your account ensures rewards are properly funded, campaigns are configured correctly, and redemptions are processed smoothly.

This one-time setup allows your team to begin offering and managing employee rewards right away.


Log into Retain. Note: This process requires an admin account.

Then navigate to "settings" > "redemption."


Click "Link your organization’s Tremendous account."


Choose one of the following options:

  • Click "Log in" to sign in to an existing Tremendous account. Enter your credentials and then skip to "Creating a Tremedous" campaign.
  • Click "Sign up" to create a new Tremendous account and continue with the directions below.

    To create a new account, click "Sign up." Enter your information and click "Continue."


    Enter any additional required information and click "Continue."


    Check your email for a message from Tremendous with the subject "Please verify your account" and complete the verification process.

    Adjust any Team Settings as needed.


    Creating a Campaign in Tremendous

    Now that we've done the first initial connection, we need to set up a campaign in Tremendous that will then be used in Retain to fund your reward program.

    You'll get onscreen instructions shown in the image below that will walk you through creating that campaign.

    These same steps are outlined below.

    Go to Tremendous and log in to your organization’s account.

    Click "Campaign Templates" in the left sidebar, then "Create Campaign."


    Select the products (rewards) you want to include, then "Continue."

    Note: Some organizations may have restrictions on the types of rewards they can offer employees. Tremendous provides options such as gift cards, charitable donations, and other reward types. Each organization is responsible for ensuring compliance with its internal policies.


    On the next page, choose your colors, customize your reward message, and optionally upload your logo. Click "Continue."


    You may click "Continue" to skip this step, as Engage does not send reward emails.


    Enter "Engage" as the template name and choose your desired permissions under "Advanced options." Click "Save Campaign."
