Visibility and Location Settings in the Recognition News Feed

Learn who can see what in the employee recognition news feed.

By default, each location is its own space. That means your leaderboard, your news feed, and the coworkers you can recognize are all limited to your own location.

Your organization can turn on org-wide visibility, which lets you see and recognize anyone across the whole organization.

Announcements are the one exception. They're always shown org-wide, even when the recognition tool is set to be viewed by location, and only Retain admins can create them.
