Recognize a Coworker
Recognize a coworker for great work and send them points, right from your Home Page.
From your Home Page, click Recognize a Co-Worker. You can also start from your profile or the Recongitions page.
Search for the coworker's name and select them.
Write a short message about what they did well.
If your organization uses core values, tag one or more. Some organizations require at least one.
Choose how many of your monthly points to include.
Click Send Recognition.
Your recognition posts to the News Feed, where coworkers can see it, like it, and add comments of their own. The points land in the recipient's balance. Each month you get a set number of points to give out, so you can keep recognizing people all month long.
