When will employees receive an invitation to the employee engagement survey and/or follow-up survey?

Surveys are sent out the first business day of the month. Reminder invitations are sent after seven inactive days and, as needed, again approximately five business days before the month’s end. Reminder invitations are only sent until an employee has responded to the survey.
