We have a group of employees that need to edit their profiles. How can we give them access?

If a group of survey respondents needs to edit their profiles, the simplest option is to print a group of cards. If only a few people need to access their profiles, use the process for an individual.

In the Employees menu, select Profile Access Cards.

Choose your options to target employees that need to access their profiles.

A PDF will be created.

Download PDF, print, and distribute to employees.
