Why does Retain ask employees to upload a photo?

This is to help management put a face to a name.

In Retain, your picture is NEVER shown or associated with anonymous surveys. Your picture is also never shared publicly.

If you are using Retain as a manager, you won't have the option to provide a profile photo on your managerial account.
