Recognition and Rewards Points and Redemption
Learn about points and how they're awarded.
Employees can earn points through various activities and redeem those points for rewards (if enabled).
To redeem points for gift cards or other dollar-based rewards, your organization must have a linked Tremendous account.
The Tremendous account:
- Is required for point redemption
- Is funded and managed by your organization
- Is not funded or managed by Activated Insights
Events That Award Points
The following activities automatically reward points:

| 15-day New-Hire Survey | 20 |
| 30-day New-Hire Survey | 20 |

| 90-day New-Hire Survey | 30 |
| Engagement Survey (Once per calendar year) | 50 |
