Earn and Redeem Points in the Engage Add-On

Learn how employees earn points and what happens when they're ready to redeem them.

Employees earn points through everyday activities like completing surveys and hitting milestones. Once your organization turns on rewards, employees can redeem those points for gift cards and more.

Redeeming points

Employees redeem points from the Point Redemption screen. They enter how many points they'd like to use, and the screen shows their available balance along with a history of past redemptions.

Tremendous

To redeem points for gift cards or other rewards, your organization needs a linked Tremendous account. The Tremendous account:

• Is required for point redemption
• Is funded and managed by your organization
• Is not funded or managed by Activated Insights

How employees earn points

Certain activities award points automatically. Your organization sets its own point values and chooses which activities are turned on, so what your employees earn may look a little different from the list below. Some activities may be turned off entirely.

Points can be set to be redeemed for 5¢ or 10¢ per point.
