About Anniversary Surveys

We’re excited to introduce a new Retain feature: Anniversary Surveys, designed to be an additional feedback channel capturing employee satisfaction. This survey is an additional type to use alongside your other surveys. These surveys are sent based on employees’ anniversary dates and focus on the employee journey well past the New-Hire phase.  

These surveys are designed to help improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention by facilitating and fostering communication with tenured staff.  

NOTE: The Anniversary Surveys are not anonymous

Question Set

  • Please rate your overall job satisfaction. 
    • Rating scale: Very Unsatisfied, Unsatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Very Satisfied 
  • I am recognized and appreciated for my work.  
    • Rating scale: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree 
  • How likely would you be to recommend employment at [Organization Name]? 
    • Rating scale: Very Unlikely, Unlikely, Neutral, Likely, Very Likely  
  • How would you rate your relationship with your team?  
    • Rating scale: Very Poor, Poor, Average, Good, Excellent 
  • Do you need anything right now to be better at your job? 
  • Is there anything specific that you would recommend [Organization Name] improve or any current frustrations you want to share? 

Viewing Survey Results

To view survey responses, select ‘Surveys’ in your top menu, then select ‘Anniversary’ from the drop down. 

To access reporting, select ‘Reports’ in your top menu, and select ‘Anniversary’ from the drop down. You can export your report from there.
