About Anniversary Surveys

Send a short survey on each employee's work anniversary to check in with tenured staff and keep improving satisfaction, morale, and retention.

Anniversary Surveys are a Retain feature that gives you another way to hear from your people. They're sent based on each employee's anniversary date, so they focus on how things are going well past the new-hire stage. Use them alongside your other surveys.

Regular check-ins with tenured staff help you spot what's working, open up conversations, and act before small frustrations grow.

NOTE: Anniversary Surveys are not anonymous.
