About Ongoing Engagement Surveys
Retain’s Ongoing Engagement Survey is an additional Survey Type which has been created to introduce a new Employee Surveys at no additional cost to you. This new survey creates continuous data collection with a Random Sampling collection method.
Continuous data collection allows for visibility into engagement, burnout, and satisfaction, while random sampling gives every person an equal chance and opportunity to be heard. Actionable coaching insights are also provided for frontline managers.
These surveys are sent to active tenured employees who have been with the company for at least 100 days, and an employee can only do a survey every 120 days.
NOTE: This survey type is to be used as an alternative to the existing Engagement Survey, not in addition to.
