About the Engage Add-On

The rewards add-on lets you use Retain to let your team recognize each other and earn points.

This is point-based add-on for Retain. Employees can:

  • Send and receive recognition
  • Celebrate milestones
  • View team leaderboards
  • Redeem points for rewards (if your organization turns rewards on)
  • Earn points for completing certain activities, such as completing a survey.

The Activated Insights Implementation Team turns on the add-on for your organization. They'll also work with you to set your point redemption value and your monthly employee point allowance.
