Turn on the add-on through the Implementation team. Fill out a Support request form and they'll reach out to you.
They'll work with you to:
- Set your point redemption value
- Decide your monthly employee point allowance
Create a Tremendous account. Tremendous is the integration that Retain uses so that you can fund points and employees can redeem them.
