External-to-Staff Recognition

Get a QR code that lets people outside your organization recognize your staff.

External recognition lets clients, residents, customers, and other people outside your organization recognize your staff. Each staff member has their own QR code. The person scans it and sends their recognition.

External recognition works a little differently from peer-to-peer recognition. A Retain admin reviews and approves each one first, and it only shows on the News Feed after that.

Find Your QR Code

Open your profile dropdown and select Recognition Code.
This opens your personalized QR code.
Click the print icon to print the code or save it as a PDF.
The person scans the code from your screen or a printed copy to leave their recognition.
