Reset Your Retain Password
Reset your Retain password when you can't sign in.
This works if you sign in with a password. If you use Google, Microsoft, or your company's own login, reset your password with that provider instead — Retain can't reset it for you.
Go to app.retainyouremployees.com/login.
Enter your full work email address. Retain takes you to your organization's purple Sign In page.
Select Forgot Password?
Enter your email again and select Submit. Retain emails you a reset link.
Open the email and follow the link to set a new password. If it's not there within 10 minutes, check your spam folder.
Go back to app.retainyouremployees.com/login, enter your email address. You'll then be taken the sign in page, where you can enter your new password and sign in.
Once you're signed in, you can also edit your account to update your name, job title, or contact info.
