Edit Your Account

Change your email, update your password, and edit other account settings.

Click your name in the top right, then select my account.

Update your email, name, job title, mobile number, or time zone.

Click update account to save.

Note: You can't add a profile photo to your account. The account page doesn't support photos.

Your Account vs. an Employee Profile

These are two different things, and they're easy to mix up:

• Your account is how you log in to Retain. It holds your email, name, job title, mobile number, time zone — the details you edit above.
• An employee profile is where an employee takes their surveys and updates their own contact info. It's also the only place a photo can be uploaded.

To upload a photo or update an employee's contact info, give the employee a employee profile link.
