Edit Your Account

Change your email or password, update your job title, and add your mobile number.

Click your name in the top right, then select my account.

Update your email, password, name, job title, or mobile number. Click update account to save.

Note: You can't add a profile photo to your account. The account page doesn't support photos.

Your account vs. an employee profile

These are two different things, and they're easy to mix up:

• Your account is how you log in to Retain. It holds your email, password, name, job title, and mobile number — the details you edit above.
• An employee profile is where an employee takes their surveys and updates their own contact info. It's also the only place a photo can be uploaded.
