Find Survey Participation Rates

Find a survey's participation rate — shown as the response rate — from the Reports section.

These numbers will update in real time as surveys are submitted. This article uses the engagement survey report as the example, but each report page has the response rate in the same basic spot.

Choose which survey report to open, by picking an option under reports. We'll choose engagement for this example.

In the Display Options bar, set the filters to get the partication rate which applies to the surveys submitted under the conditions of the filter. These could Timeframe, Locations, etc.

Hover over the survey submitted figure on the right to see the number of invitations and the response rate.

Download Participation Data

Some survey types will allow you to download the data to a .csv file.

Once you're on the report page and your filters have been set, click download participation data on the top left.

Ongoing Engagement and Anniversary Surveys

Ongoing engagement and anniversary surveys don't have a participation report you can download, but you can see a participation rate.
