Find Survey Participation Rates

Find a survey's participation rate — shown as the response rate — from the Reports section. Where you look depends on the survey.

New-hire and exit surveys

Go to reports, then open the New-Hire report (or the Exit report).

Open Display Options and set the Timeframe, Locations, and Compare By.

Hover over the survey submitted figure on the right to see the number of invitations and the response rate.

Engagement survey

Go to reports, then open Engagement.

Open Display Options and set Surveys, Locations, Compare By, and Graph to see the participation rate.

Keep in mind

Eligibility reflects who qualified on the first of the month. What happens after that date doesn't change it — but information entered late that changes who qualified on the first will. For who counts as eligible, see which employees are eligible to participate in engagement surveys.
