Anna goes above and beyond
Sample Health recently started using the Retain recognition add-on, so employees can recognize each other using the same app they use to take surveys.
One night, Anna stays late to help a coworker finish a tough shift, the kind of thing that usually goes unnoticed. But not this time.
Priya recognizes her
Her coworker Priya saw it. From the Home Page, she sends Anna recognition with a short note and tags it with one of their core values, Teamwork. She includes some of her monthly points, which lands in Anna's balance.
Coworkers join in
Priya isn't the only one who noticed. Other coworkers like Priya's recognition and add comments of their own. A quick shout-out turns into the whole team celebrating Anna.
Anna earns points for a survey, too
Recognition from coworkers isn't the only way to earn points. When Anna finishes a survey, she gets points for that as well. Between recognitions, milestones, and surveys, her points climb the Leaderboard alongside her teammates.
A birthday bonus tips her over
On Anna's birthday, a bundle of points lands in her account. Her coworkers like the happy birthday post in the news feed and add comments, and a few who saw the notification stop by to wish her happy birthday in person, too.
With the birthday points from Sample Health, she now has more than enough for something she's had her eye on.
Anna redeems a reward
Anna redeems her points for a gift card — a real thank-you she can actually use, funded by Sample Health.
