Can Retain send a mass text or email?

No, and that's on purpose.

Because Retain is an outside company, a mass text or email to your whole team could look like spam, exactly what we want to avoid. Instead, Retain is set up so employees recognize its messages as legitimate.

The first message an employee gets is the Welcome Message (send from a phone number that starts 888). It lets them set up their profile, choose how they want to hear from Retain (email, text, or both), and verify their email or phone number. Because they've already received and confirmed a message from Retain, later surveys are far less likely to look like spam.
