How are supplemental questions reviewed?

Our team reviews every supplemental question before it goes live.

We check that each one is clear, HR-compliant, and not a duplicate of a question already on the survey. We may suggest a change to the wording, or decline a question if it doesn't meet Activated Insights' standards. Once a question is approved, it goes live right away.
