What happens to survey invites if an employee opts out of being contacted by Retain?

If an employee opts out of Retain, they'll won't receive an invite.

Retain confirms each person's identity with their phone number or email address. An employee who has opted out can't be reached or verified, so they won't be able to be invited to a survey or take one until they opt back in.
