What types of supplemental questions can I add?

You can add three types of supplemental questions.

Free response — long or short answer. Short answers cut off at 1,000 characters; long answers have no limit. Long answer is a good default so people can write as much as they want.

Likert scale — five choices from strongly negative to strongly positive. Choose the scale that fits your question:

Yes/No — a simple two-option question.
