How soon will separated employees start responding to Exit surveys once we turn them on?

Once your company is activated for Retain, exit surveys start going out automatically.

Here's what to expect.

Past Employees

Exit surveys are sent to employees who were terminated up to two months before your company was activated.

After activation, each terminated employee gets their exit survey invite three days after their termination date.

You decide whether exit surveys go to voluntary terminations, involuntary terminations, or both.

Go to Surveys > Exit Surveys, then select your setting.
