Why does the same employee appear in two quarters of new-hire retention?

New-Hire Retention uses rolling data based on the 100-day mark.

An employee counts as a new hire until they reach 100 days. If their first 100 days span two quarters, they'll appear in both — once they reach 100 days, they're counted as retained.
