Can retain send our data to another system automatically?

No. Retain doesn't automatically send your data to another system.

You can export it yourself any time from the reports page:

• export data creates an Excel file you can use in your own system.
• generate comment summary and print these graphs create easy-to-read PDF files.

The Retain dashboard is also built to show the key metrics from your employee surveys at a glance. If there's a metric you'd like to see there, let us know. We're always open to suggestions!
