Import and Contact Information Reports
See which employees Retain can reach and check their profile status.
Find it in the reports menu under contact information.
The Profile Status and Contact Information Report shows whether Retain can communicate with each employee and lists their contact details.
Pick a report option to choose who to include:
- Just employees Retain can't communicate with
- Any employees with contact information issues
- Only employees who haven't set up their profile
- All current employees
Click generate report to download the list as a CSV. The download will start automatically.
Then use profile access cards to help employees add or update their info.
