Do you need a code to take a survey on Retain?

No. You never type a code into a survey itself.

A survey opens one of two ways: from the unique link in Retain's email or text, or from the employee's profile.

The access code printed on a profile card isn't a survey code. It only opens the employee's profile, where any open survey is ready to take. Whether you need the code at all depends on how you use the card:

• Scan the QR code, and you go straight to the profile. The code is already built into the QR link, so you don't type anything.
• Go to retainsurveys.com instead, and you'll enter the code manually. This is the only time you'll ever need it.
