Recognition and Rewards Metrics
View Recognition and Rewards data within Reports/Metrics.
Once Engage is enabled, you can view this report by going to Reports > Redemption > Metrics.
Use the filter options at the top of the page to narrow down the data. Available filters are:
- Timeframe
- Location
- Compare By
- Display type
Available Metrics
These figures update automatically based on the filters you apply.
- Points Awarded — Total points awarded through recognition and events.
- Points Redeemed — Total points redeemed for rewards.
- Points Outstanding — Total points across all accounts that are still available for redemption.
Export Data
Click the "export activity" button to trigger a CSV download of the data; the download will start automatically.
