Can we change the survey reminder schedule?

The short answer is that Retain isn't capable of adjusting the reminder schedule. The why of it all is below.

Activated Insights' Retain reminder schedule is carefully calibrated based on response rates from thousands of surveys. That experience has helped us fine-tune a schedule that hits the sweet spot — nudging employees enough to encourage participation without annoying them. No one likes getting what might look like a spam text or email.

Because of this, we don't allow changes to the schedule — but that doesn't mean you can't remind your staff about the survey. A simple internal email reinforcing the Retain invitation is more impactful than a reminder sent from us. We also have posters you can download, print, and hang.
