How do I add a supplemental question?

Reach out to the Activated Insights Support team with your question, and our team will add it for you. Only our team can publish and activate supplemental questions.

When you send your request, include:

• The survey you want it on (for example, new-hire 15-day or engagement).
• Whether the question should be required or optional.
• The Spanish wording, if your team takes surveys in Spanish.

We'll review your request, and approved questions go live right away. You can add up to three supplemental questions per survey — see Are there limits on the number of supplemental questions we can add to a survey? and What types of supplemental questions can I add?
