If an employee has opted out of being contacted by Retain, how can they opt back in?

How they do it depends on how they opted out.

• Text: if they opted out of texts by replying STOP, they reply START to the Retain number to start getting messages again.
• From their profile: they can also opt back in from their profile in the employee portal, reached by a profile access card or link. They can use these instructions even if they've opted out before.

Once they've opted back in, Retain can reach and verify them again, so they can be invited to surveys and take them.
