Engagement Survey Notification Schedule
See every notification Retain sends for the engagement and follow-up survey, from the first heads-up to results being ready.
Retain keeps your users in the loop with emails and news feed items so you can prepare, and it invites your employees with the survey invitations and reminders. Here's the full timeline. The follow-up survey uses the same schedule.

Keep in Mind
- The reminder goes out 7 days after the first invitation. For example, an invite on the 1st gets a reminder on the 7th, and an invite on the 2nd gets one on the 8th.
- If the 1st of the month falls on a weekend, the first invitation goes out on the first workday of the month instead.
- Employee reminders stop as soon as someone responds.
