Retain's top menu is your home base. This quick tour walks through each menu, so you know where to find your employees, surveys, reports, settings, and news feed.
The employees drop-down menu allows you to manage profiles, see lists of employees, and filter employees.
View and filter submitted surveys individually. You'll only see the survey pages in this drop-down that your role allows (that's why there might be "missing" survey types).
See how your organization is doing, based on the data from your surveys.
The settings page let's you can schedule engagement surveys or manage Retain users, etc., epending on your permissions.
The news feed is your one-stop page with notifications for submitted surveys, as well as the ability to send email acknowledgments of milestones directly from the news feed.
Here you can log out, edit your account, and adjust which emails you receive from Retain.
There's also a link to your employee profile and the recognition add on.
