At-Risk Report
See the employees who are at risk of quitting.
Find it in the reports menu under at risk.
This is your new-hire monitoring view with the At Risk filter checked by default, so it shows only employees flagged as at risk.
It groups them by how long they've been employed (0–14, 15–29, 30–59, 60–89, and 90–105 days) and shows where each one is in their survey journey.
Uncheck At Risk to see all new hires, or use Sort By, Location, and Department to narrow the list.
Use download this data to export the list.
