Employees At-Risk Email/Text Alerts

Get notified the moment an employee is flagged at risk.

When an employee submits a survey with answers that suggest they might quit, Retain can alert you by email, text, or both. Here's what the email and text look like:

At-risk employees also show up in your news feed.

Change Your At-Risk Notification Preferences

Open your profile menu, select notification settings, and scroll to Employees At-Risk at the bottom. Toggle email or text on or off.

If asked, update and verify your text number. You'll then start getting texts for any at-risk employees.
