New-Hire Survey Timeline

Track new hire survey participation and results in a single place.

Most turnover happens in a new hire's first 100 days, so it's the window where paying attention matters most. The timeline along the bottom of each employee card tracks their progress through it, at a glance.

This simple, at-a-glance visual empowers managers by presenting the statuses of the 15-, 30-, 60-, and 90-day surveys. As each new survey event is reached, the timeline updates. Statuses include:

• Completed Survey
• Skipped Survey
• At-Risk Survey

Seeing this progress in one place shows you where each new hire stands and what they've experienced so far, so you can step in at the right moment instead of finding out too late.

At the bottom of each timeline card, there's a button with a suggested action to take. The button either opens:

• an blank email with the employee's email address filled in (Check in with Employee and Congratulate Employee)
• or a profile access card for that employee.
