News Feed Urgent Items

Find items on your news feed that need immediate attention.

The two items that are most likely to need your attention are a skipped survey notification or a new-hire survey with answers that flag the employee as a turnover risk.

Skipped Survey Notification

We'll let you know when new hires aren't taking their new-hire surveys. When someone skips two in a row, Retain adds an alert to your news feed.

Reach out and encourage them to take part. What to do depends on their contact info:

• Good contact info?The button below the employee card lets you contact them directly. (Email not working? Check your settings.)
• No profile or wrong contact info? Give them access to their profile through a link or profile access card. Their open surveys appear as a link on that page. (If they have no open surveys they're eligible for, there's no link.)

At-Risk Survey Notification

We'll also alert you when a new hire submits a survey with low scores or answers that suggest they may leave.

Open the survey to read their responses, then check in with the employee to talk through what's going on and address it early.
