Skipped Survey Notification
We'll let you know when newly hired employees aren't taking their new-hire surveys. When someone skips two new-hire surveys in a row, Retain adds this alert to your news feed.
If the employee has good contact info, reach out. The button below the employee card gives you a direct way to contact them and ask them to take part. (Email not working? Check your settings.)
If they never set up their profile, or their contact info is wrong, give them access to their profile through a link or profile access card so they can finish that step.
Employee At-Risk Notification
If someone's survey answers suggest they might quit, we'll tell you right away by email or text, based on your preference.
