Where can I see employees that are at risk of quitting?
We’ll let you know when newly hired employees aren’t participating in the new-hire surveys. When an employee doesn’t respond to two consecutive new-hire surveys, Retain will generate this alert on your news feed.
If the employee has valid contact information, we suggest you contact them. The button below the employee card gives you a direct way to contact them and ask them to participate. (Email doesn't work? Check your settings.)
If the employee never configured their profile or has invalid contact information, we suggest you provide them with access to their employee profile through a link or profile access card so they can complete that important step.
Employee At-Risk Notification
If an employee’s responses to a survey indicate they may quit, you’ll be notified by email or text (based on selected preference) immediately.
To sign up for text alerts or change your preferences for at-risk notifications, go to your notification settings page. The last setting is Employees At-Risk. Toggle email and text notifications on and off.
You may be asked to update and verify your text number. Once you’ve done that, you’ll start receiving texts for any employees at risk.
