Discussion, Tagging, and Viewers
Comment on a survey, tag coworkers who should see it, and check who has access.
Discussions
When you open a survey, the results show on the left and a discussion opens on the right. You and other Retain users can talk about the results right next to the survey.
The employee who took the survey can't see the discussion. Only people on the survey's viewers list can.

Retain also shows a reminder that only viewers can see your comments.
Tagging users
Want to be sure a certain person sees your comment? Tag them. Type @ and pick their name from the list. They'll get an email with a link to the discussion.
If you don't tag anyone, your comment still shows to everyone who opens the survey. They just won't get an email about it.
Viewers
Click the Viewers tab to see everyone who has access to the survey and when each person last viewed it.
