Discussion, Tagging, and Viewers
Comment on a survey, tag coworkers who should see it, and check who has access.
Discussions
When you open a survey, the results show on the left and a discussion opens on the right, so you and other Retain users can talk about the results right next to them.
The employee who took the survey can't see any of this. Only people on the survey's viewers list can.
Tagging Users
By default, a comment is visible to everyone on the viewers list, but no one is notified. To be sure a specific person sees it, tag them: type @ and pick their name from the list. They'll get an email with a link to the discussion.
You can also subscribe to the discussion by selecting Subscribe at the top of the discussion.
Viewers
Not sure who can see a discussion? Click the Viewers tab to see everyone with access to the survey and when each person last viewed it.
